Zoho Adds A Virtual Assistant—and More

You’ve met Siri and Alexa. Now meet Zia, the first-ever virtual CRM assistant. Zoho CRM users can talk to her through voice or chat to access a wide range of capabilities. For example, Zia can identify records that could slip away without another contact or those that are most likely to close soon, so you can shift focus. She even analyzes the tone of customer and prospect communications to empower sales reps to adjust their responses accordingly.

There’s a lot of AI at work behind Zia for analyzing and optimizing your workflow, minimizing time-wasters like mindless data entry. Plus, Zia is mobile-friendly. Check out the details here.

The virtual assistant isn’t all that’s been added to Zoho CRM 2018. The new “Blueprint” module helps the entire team accurately follow each step in the preferred sales pipeline process. It’s great for turning best practices into regular action. Plus, the analytics tools have been improved, sub-forms have been added, and new collaboration and in-app event scheduling capabilities will make the sales life a lot easier.
