Act! v16 Feature Sneak Peek – Multi Reschedule

If you saw our latest blog post, we are getting excited for the upcoming release of Act! v16.  There are some great new features:

 

  • Microsoft® Office 2013 compatibilityReschedMulti
  • Mobile Groups & Companies – view & manage Groups and Companies from Act! Premium Mobile
  • History List – think “Task List” view here, but for your Act! Histories.  Sort by date, contact, type, etc.  Filter by user.  And, export to Excel.
  • Scheduled E-mail – with the enhanced v16 Smart Tasks, you can send e-mails based on date or a custom database task
  • Google Chrome support
  • Calculated Fields
  • Automated Company Management
  • Reschedule multiple activities
