Right click to Lookup
This is certainly not a new feature, and sometimes these hidden gems are the best finds. That “aha” moment that a great timesaver was right there under our noses. Right click to Lookup is one of those in our book. It’s a feature we show in training, or in a demo that has users saying, “wait, do that again.” Our response is a sing-songy and with a southern draw, “Oh this little ol’ thing?” Ok, really we just go back and show off the feature. Ok, really, really, I may do the first thing sometimes too.
In this example I want to find all of my Prospects. To find them quickly:
- Right click in the ID/Status field
- Click Lookup ID/Status
- Enter your Lookup criteria in the dialog box
- Click OK
A list of your Prospects is displayed. Right click to Lookup is a quick and easy way to find your ACT! data.
